ELSIE VENTURA NOVABOS, 39-year-old, single with a common law partner and they were blessed with 2 children ages 12 and 7 years old. A resident of Laoag City, Ilocos Norte. Her 62-year-old Mother is a housewife while her Father has passed away. She is the 2nd child among 1 brother and 2 sisters.
She completed her secondary education at Ilocos Norte College of Arts and Trade in year 1999. She then pursued her college education and took up a 2 year course in Computer Secretarial at Data Center College of the Philippines graduated in year 2006.
She had her experience as a domestic helper as follows:
1. SINGAPORE ( Feb 2018 – Nov 2020) - she served a Chinese - European family living in a 3-bedroom landed property with a couple and 2 children ages 1 year old and a newborn baby. She was an all around helper doing household chores and looking after the needs of the children and also cared for 1 cat. She finished her contract and served the family for 2 years and 9 months.
During her employment, she performed general household duties such as maintaining the cleanliness of the house, doing the laundry, pressing clothes, cooking, marketing and washing the dishes.
With her experience and being a mother of 2, she is confident of taking care of newborn to young children and capable in performing child care duties such as feeding, bathing, preparing their school things, playing with the children, giving assistance for their homework and studies and bringing and fetching them to the school.
She is enthusiastic to learn more especially in cooking other foreign cuisine. She knows how to prepare and cook variety of Filipino dishes such as pakbet, adobo, chopsuey, fried meat and more. She can also cook simple Chinese dishes such as stir fry veggies, steam fish, steam chicken, sweet and sour fish or pork, noodles and a lot more and still enthusiastic to learn other foreign dishes.
Aside from these duties, she can do basic gardening, pet care and car washing as well.
Employment History of the maid from MOM records available for prospective employer’s reference and verification. She can be deployed faster than the rest as they are exempted from training and OWWA seminar and will only comply with the POEA processing for Filipino Household Service worker for Overseas.

LEE-ANN REPOREN GARBIDA is 36 year old, married to a freelancer souvenir painter and they were blessed to have 4 children ages 18,16,7 and 5. A resident of Balete, Aklan. She is the 4th child among 1 brother and 4 sisters. Her Mother has passed away while she doesn’t know the whereabouts of her Father.
She finished her secondary education through Department of Education’s Alternative Learning System in year 2018. Then she pursued her college education and took up Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management at Northwestern Visayan College and graduated in year 2023.
She had several non-domestic work experience such as being a cashier / saleslady for 6 years, bartender for 1 year, secretary for 1 year, and waitress for 2 years.
Currently, she is working as a cashier since 2019 while waiting for her application to be selected.
She had her maid employment experiences as follows:
1) PHILIPPINES (2008 – 2009), she served a relative’s family living in a 3 bedroom bungalow house with a couple and 2 children ages 9 and 7. She was given the opportunity to study while working for the family. She was an all around helper responsible in keeping the house clean and in order, doing the laundry, ironing, cooking and looking after the needs of the children. She served the family for 1 year.
With her experience, she is expected to be well-versed in performing general household duties such as maintaining the cleanliness of the house, doing the laundry, pressing clothes, marketing, cooking and washing the dishes.
Being the eldest child, she is capable to take care of newborn and young children and capable in performing child care duties such as feeding, bathing, preparing their school things, playing with the children, giving assistance for their homework and studies and bringing and fetching them to the school.

After selection, FDW will undergo 3 weeks In-House- Private Training in Manila (Accredited by TESDA) then OWWA seminar and processing of POEA employment documents for deployment.
